Broke 2 pair of these in normal usage. Limitations are on the handle of what should be cut. They were never used beyond stated ability. Attempted a warranty claim with no joy. Expensive. Expected more life out of them, and also expected Knipex to honor a legitimate claim. Can buy 4 pair of cheaper brand and get more longevity for the price ... show more

I've recieved these Knipex VDE Knips twice now instead of their Electrician's Knife. Fantastic and incredibly useful cutters, an immense improvement over the company storeroom knippers.
