This is an awesome scooter, granted it has more moving parts than the rest, but it is well built and works great! Assembly is slightly more complicated than most but that is due to its more advanced design. The 4 wheel steering is the main reason I purchased it, giving it better maneuverability in the areas where I need to use it. The dual disc brakes work well. Before airing up the front tires; the tires and tubs required a little work to seat them evenly on the wheels, not uncommon for this kind of tubed tire. Because I am an avid bicycle enthusiast I have experienced the need to seat tubed tires for an even seating and for even rotation, totally expected. The 4-wheel steering alignment and rear dual disc brakes were almost perfectly adjusted out of the box, however me being a bit of a perfectionist did perform some fine tuning, but I would like to say again that it was already almost perfect out of the box and most won’t even notice or need to make any adjustments. And a note of caution: do not try to make adjustments unless you have experience with alignment of steering systems. I completely love this scooter and I feel it is well worth the extra money spent on it. It is well built and and performs very well. I also like the stability of this scooter even in tight turning situations. Like all products of this nature you need to use caution when getting used to how it works and how to balance when turning and using the brakes. Slow and steady wins the race or in this case keeps you from falling. I already have a strong sense of balance from years of bikes, scooters, and skateboards, but I have noticed some people have left poor reviews regarding falling. Any product like this should be used carefully, if you already have balance issues or are considered a fall risk, or just have never used a scooter, then you can’t hold the product responsible for a fall. Again this thing is awesome!

My wife had an ankle surgery and needed a strong scooter that was easy to maneuver in the house and out. This one is way better than traditional knee scoots. She was able to dial in the heights right where she needed, the steering is super smooth, it is super balanced and doesn’t tip easily. Wheels roll really smooth as well. Good buy

I just received this today, and at this point I have no choice but to give it one star, as it is not usable. One of the front tires simply will not inflate, air just leaks out around the valve stem (profusely) and no inflation is possible. Customer Service is not available on the weekend, so my hope of increasing my mobility after recent leg surgery is on hold, a major life impact. I will revise this review after interacting with their Customer Support... on Monday. To say I am disappointed in this state of affairs is an understatement. Update: I left a message for Customer Service over the weekend, and they did reply immediately on Monday AM, a very good start. They asked that I complete a warranty claim, which I promptly did, and replacement part was shipped same day. As it turned out, they sent the inner tube (actually two which was nice) but when the tubes arrived (after FedEx fumbled the delivery a day) it turned out they had sent the wrong size. After another go with Customer service, another set of tubes was sent, and this time we were in luck. Once I got the scooter set up, I have been extremely pleased. I had borrowed a co-worker's knee scooter (a more basic KneeRover model) and the Fusion upstages that unit in several areas: - Much tighter turning radius due to the four-wheel steering - Larger pneumatic front wheels make transitioning over door sills and other roughness (we have a lot of paving brick on our property) much easier and more confidence-inspiring The weight of the Fusion is higher than the more basic units, which makes it a bit more of a chore to load/unload into the car, but that is a minor niggle. Overall, I think the Fusion is a really solid design. I've updated my rating to four stars, and really the only reason why not five is the hiccups with getting spare parts, and the need for me to swap an inner tube (as opposed to just change a wheel) which is really no small feat on these small tires. Good luck if you don't have the tools, which I did.

If I could give NEGATIVE five star rating I would. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER! It was GROSSLY out of proper adjustment out of the box. The right front wheel was turned inward 15-20 degrees off center. I HAD TO ADJUST THAT MYSELF! THAT should have been perfectly adjusted from the factory! The brake pulled DANGEROUSLY hard to the left with even the slightest braking applied. It threw me OFF the scooter twice. I have just had major reconstructive surgery on one foot!!!!!! They sent me instructions to adjust this myself! This should have been perfectly adjusted from the factory! After SEVERAL attempts to adjust the brakes to balance, the parking brake would no longer hold. They again told ME to adjust it until the parking brake worked! VERY DANGEROUS TO USE! DO NOT BUY!

I've been using a knee scooter for 4 months while recovering from a foot injury, but not this one. I had to return it for a different model. This scooter has a turn radius of a cruise ship and is so heavy I could not lift it a foot off the floor. That wasn't going to work for me since I have to load it in my SUV to go to work every day. There is an advantage to the weight in terms of stability and the brakes are nice and smooth, but this isn't the scooter for a small house or anyone wanting to transport the scooter to go out. I have to say though that Knee Rover was great about the exchange and made getting a different one fast and easy.
