  • Kids footrest.
Great product. Easy to install or remove if necessary. Made longer car rides more comfortable for the youngin.

  • Grandson loves his footrest
Grandson was always wanting to put his legs out and rest them on the passenger seat in front of him, which in a collision, is very unsafe. His legs dangling from the seat were not comfortable after some time and I was glad to find this on Amazon. It took some time to get around to installing it. It has been installed for two months now and I pick him up from school in the afternoon two weeks a month and he absolutely loves having a foot rest. He was excited to show it off to his parents and grandpa. I have since bought one for his mother's car. The footrest part is adjustable as he grows, which I like. It is somewhat difficult to adjust down from him to get into the seat and then raise up to the right height once he is buckled in. So getting in and out is a little precarious. The footrest is not sturdy enough for him to use it to get into the seat and the "pole" makes it hard to climb into the seat so he has to be helped into the car seat. So while it has some drawbacks, the overall function and use are great and it makes for a more comfortable ride for him. ... show more

  • Seems well received
Kid seems to like it. It also keeps shoes off the back of seats. It doesn’t seem very strong, but it was easy to put together and lightweight.

  • Really helpful.
Very nice quality, easy to adjust and install. I have a Nissan Pathfinder and a Chicco "My fit"carseat/booster, this foot pedestal fit really well. I was able to install it under the seat protector of the car seat, with no issues. The plastic is pretty thick and heavy duty, I don't think it's going to be easily broken or cracked. After pulling all the parts out of the box and laying them out I noticed the footrest says that once the protective sticker has been removed for installation, the product cannot be returned. So I encourage you to take all the pieces out of the box and check everything to make sure it's not cracked before you put it together. I had no issues, my pieces arrived in perfect condition, this just made me a little more aware to double check pieces before I started putting it together. Overall I'm pleased, happy with my purchase, and so far I would recommend it to anyone else. ... show more

  • Love this
This is so helpful especially traveling long distances. Easy to install and adjust. My son says he likes it because his legs do not get sore after a long ride. And it helps him climb into his car seat. I purchased another one for our other car.

  • Awesome footrest
My daughter was constantly pulling her feet up into her car seat or flipping them over her arm rests and complaining that she wasn't comfortable and her legs always fell asleep, this has stopped all of the problems we had of her constantly kicking the seat and sitting in uncomfortable ways on all of our car rides. She also uses it as a step to get in her carseat and even though it's not supposed to be used as a step it is holding up well. I'm happy something like this was created for children, I worry about the development of her knees now because kids have to be in car seats for sooo long. This was money well spent. The only thing that kind of stinks is it is extremely hard to separate the buttons when you are trying to adjust the positioning of the footrest, like laying it down flat when they're getting in and out of the car, it's really hard. If that was easier I would do it every time so she wouldn't be able to use it as a step, the other things are very easy to adjust, like the height and how far up the footrest is.. I wish it was easy to lay the footrest down. It hurts my hands so I don't do it and sometimes it's impossible to do. I'm worried it will eventually break from her using it as a step... hope not. ... show more

  • Nice, but not very sturdy for the price Nice, but not very sturdy for the price
I have two of these, one for each of my older kids in booster seats. It was a little tricky to install partly because you have to take out their car seat/booster to install it and then install the car seat back in place over it. One of my kids has used this successfully for about 2.5 years. But my younger child, who is 5 now, was just rougher on it I suppose. After just about a year it broke. You can see that we attempted to fix it with duct tape at the point where it snapped. But that did not even last a day. At $50, this is just too expensive to replace. So, my younger child will just go without knee support unless I can find something cheaper out there. And I don't think I will get one of these in the future for my baby as he gets big enough for his legs to dangle. All in all, a nice product but a little too expensive for the level of sturdiness and longevity it provides. ... show more

  • Should have bought long time ago
Would strongly recommend. It's now much easier on my childs knees as her legs now have a solid support. Great when she gets in/out of her car seat as well.
