We have a slight bit of a love-hate relationship with this SUV air mattress. Once you get it blown up, this is pretty nice. Our SUV/Crossover has two power ports in the back; on one side is a DC port, and the other side is an AC port. The cord for the included air pump has a nice length, but not long enough to inflate the entire mattress while also trying to struggle with it in the back of an SUV. We kept trying different ways to get this mattress inflated while in the back of the SUV during a rain storm and ended up deciding that getting very wet was the only real way to do it. We had to inflate this while standing up behind the vehicle, one end sitting in the mud and the other halfway in the vehicle and pressing on the roof and hatchback door. I think one person could do this with patience, but it's much easier with two. Once getting to the air ports, inflation was easy and only took a few minutes. We loved that this mattress had multiple ports to fill each section and the wings to help with the wheel wells. This air mattress fit perfectly in the back of our SUV with the back seats folded down. Two points of improvement would be to make the vinyl of the mattress a little thicker since it seemed rather thin compared to our other mattresses. The other would be to make this mattress an inch or two thicker. I know that it can't be too thick/high due to where it's intended to be used, but for us "older" folk it would be nice to be able to have this not be fully firm. Due to the height of this mattress, if you don't fully inflate it, you can feel the floor of the vehicle. This mattress comes with a storage bag that has handles to make it easy to carry and protects it when being stored in your vehicle or home. If you have a vehicle with a large cargo area (I have an Escalade ESV) then this can either be a comfort item or an emergency item. Times are hard for a lot of people and you might find yourself needing it. The fact you can blow it up using a 12V plugin is fantastic and it can easily make a bed for you in an environment safer (and possibly warmer or cooler) than being out in the open environment. It's comfortable enough, seems durable enough even with more weight than it probably should have on it, and easily fit in the back of my vehicle. I highly recommend having some kind of emergency plan in place and having some sort of mattress like this for your vehicle just in case. It's a worthy investment.

This is really nice to have! We used this on a short camping trip that we didn't want to go through the hassle of setting up a tent. It fit perfectly in the back of my suv and was very durable and comfortable! We had a good night sleep and will definitely be using it a lot in the future!

This is a great mattress to have on hand in case you need to do some car camping! I wanted something that was easy to inflate, not very thick/tall, and would fit my space well. This checked all the boxes. So far so good!

I recently had the chance to try out this SUV air mattress, and overall, it's a pretty solid option. The included bag is lightweight, which makes it convenient for transport. While it may not be the most rugged material, it's something to be mindful of when storing to avoid any potential snags or tears. The hose nozzles, conveniently attached, are a thoughtful design. However one is already starting to tear away from the connectors after a single use (see photo.) I will probably just end up separating them and putting them in a bag. The electric inflator performed its task effectively, providing ample power to inflate the mattress. The only minor inconvenience was the cord length, which required a bit of maneuvering to reach the 12V receptacle. Depending on your SUV's layout, this might require a little planning. However, the air valves are where this mattress shines. The unique double-cap design is quite clever, allowing for a staged inflation process. The large nozzle quickly fills the majority of the mattress, and while a little air escapes when you apply the first valve cover, it's a very efficient way to get to around 90% inflation. Then, the smaller nozzle allows for precise filling to achieve the desired firmness. The final valve cover seals everything up nicely, and the valve tucks away into the mattress. It requires a bit of technique, but the result is excellent. The modular design of the air pockets is another standout feature. It provides a high degree of customization, allowing the mattress to conform to the specific shape of your SUV's cargo area. The included instructions are very helpful, providing clear guidance on how to inflate the mattress to various levels. I was able to achieve a comfortable fit, even with the contours of my 3rd-row seats. Overall this air mattress offers a versatile and comfortable solution for sleeping in an SUV. While there are a couple of minor considerations regarding the bag and nozzles, the innovative valve design and modular air pockets make it a worthwhile choice for comfortable travel. At the currently listed price, I feel this SUV air mattress is an excellent value.
