Yes the kit comes with everything you need. & the instruction book is great & full of fun ideas. We made a few with our daughter & we were able to make 6 bombs before running out of citric acid. We still have a little bit of red & yellow baking soda, but even that wouldn’t be enough for another 2 bath bombs. (Yes I’m using the correct measurements, my husband & I triple checked when we realized we were ruling low) It’s extremely misleading & very frustrating. This is a cool gift for kids who like to take baths or kids that are interested in science (BONUS if they like both). Parents may need to assist, especially if they don't want their bath towels turning colors from the colored baking sodas little hands will wipe off on the nearest plush towel.
