This belt is very well made and highly supportive. It is only about 5 inches wide in the front but nearly 10 inches wide in the back. This means that there is less restriction if you are wearing it while working and it is less likely to put pressure on your ribs, thus it is more comfortable than many of the larger heavier belts on the market while still putting a lot of support against your back where it counts.
