Update: We are in Feb 2024, I purchased this item in Dec 2023 it’s been a little over 2 months and as of today the charger case is nolonger charging. This iPhone 13/pro battery case met all of my expectations. It is slim, charges fairly quickly, charges the iPhone in short order, iPhone fits perfectly and easily, buttons on the iPhone work well. I did have to reach out to support on one issue, using email, and I received a quick response that did resolve the issue. The contacts on the case needed cleaning using alcohol and swab. When I first got this case I LOVED it. If my phone was on 20%, it would charge it back to around 70% which is awesome. I’ve had this case for about 3 1/2 months and the battery is bad. I’ll fully charge it and it MIGHT charge it 6-7% more. I’m super disappointed because this was a game changer for me as I travel for work, but now it’s not worth it if I have to get another one so soon.
