The yellow tape was DEFECTIVE. Very sticky on both sides like melted candy. It left residue on itself and everything that got in contact with the roll would made it look very dirty. The other colors looked and worked great.

However I bought it again in August and I don't know if I got a bad batch or they changed the adhesive, but it is not sticking to itself as well. I use this tape to sort pencils in my classroom and it not longer sticks to the pencil or the tape and just creates a hot mess. It seems to do well when just taped to a flat surface. ... show more
