This was thethird one of these that I bought; the first one was DOA, the second one lasted 2 weeks before it quit, with this one, the spray arm doesn't rotate during the wash cycle. It's just not worth the effort and hassle of boxing it up and sending it back! Spend a few bucks more, and buy one of better. You'll thank me later. ... show more

I live in apartment and when I saw this I thought it would be a great addition to the kitchen because I don't have a dishwasher. Definitely regret getting this because this thing leaks like crazy despite how much Teflon tape I use and how tight I screw things it's still manages to leak everywhere. It also does a very poor job at cleaning things it's as comparable to spritzing water onto your dishes. I tried all cleaning cycles and none of them got any of my dishes clean. Definitely save your money and either invest in a higher quality one or cleaner dishes by hand because this is definitely not worth it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. No matter what I've tried, the water just sprays right back out the inlet. The inlet hose has a terrible design, where there is a ring hole in it to allow the secure part to turn. However the machine doesn't take the water in well and therefore it flows right back out of the hole. I gave it two stars becuase once I was finally able to get enough water in to run a load, it got the dishes clean. I would love some advice from the manufacturer because it is the perfect size and color for our home. If we could fix this one flaw, I would consider giving it four or five stars. Update; We were able to fix this with flex seal. Works much better now, but still not something we should have to do. ... show more
