I almost return this product because it was very difficult to assemble; the only reason, I did;t return is because it was too much of a hassle. I feel like u received an open box because all the screws were in one bag so it was hard to separate the screws that had a slight height difference. Also, one part was mislabeled and one of the screw holes was defective and it made the chair even more difficult to assemble. I worked on this for two days. The media could not be loaded. I have to be honest, I have put together so many pieces of furniture and these chairs are by fair the most difficult things I have ever put together. They look amazing and feel amazing but they are time consuming and you have to get the screws in just right. So thankful my family helped me put these together!
