I don't write too many reviews on Amazon, but I felt compelled with this product. I am a coffee cup user and snob when it comes to important functions of a coffee mug. They arrived quickly, as pictured and as described. Packed perfectly for shipping, so I was pleased when they arrived in perfect condition. Such a hassle when breakables aren't packed well and you have to deal with a return/exchange. I love the size, perfect for Keurig 12 oz. pour! Handle is great for holding the cup, I can get four fingers in for a good grip. Not too heavy to pick up will full cup of coffee in it. The ceramic is hot to touch, but not a hill to die on for me. These mugs are outstanding! The size is just right — big enough for a good cup of coffee and not so humongous that your coffee is cold before you finish it. Colors are bright and cheerful, just like the illustration . This was a fair price for cups we will use over and over.
