The product feels and looks of good quality, and it's a pretty good size. Would fit all my usual dishes. **BUT** unfortunately the plates won't stay up, any tiny little adjustments or adding to the plates already there, just makes them all come down. As you can see in the pics, package came torn on the outside and the inside box. Luckily it wasn't a delicate order. The additional piece came with it, I just wasn't able to fit it due to the lack of space on my countertop, which is no ones fault but mines. Lol if it hadn't been for the lack of dish support, I would have forgiven the delivery issue and given it 5* cause the quality is good. It's just an error they made when it comes to helping dishes stay standing. Which is really important. ... show more
