I purchased 2 sinks for our newly renovated house. This was the worst purchase I made. Within weeks, the outer coating on the sinks began to peel. Shortly thereafter, (rust) spots appeared on the edges. And then, the water spout began to leak. Within 2 months, the faucet handle was no longer holding in place. If the quality of the sink was not poor enough, the customer service was even worse. I contacted the company for resolution, and they sent me one new sink (when they said they would send 2 sinks and 2 upgraded faucets, which we never received). In any case, upon further contact in order to simply get a refund (where I would be happy to return everything we received), the company ghosted me. This was the quickest way to lose $400. This is a really great value and the accessories are awesome. The basin is surpisingly large. I like the black finish but I am installing this as a 'surface mount' I'm a bit disappointed that the flange is brushed stainless steel. I may try painting it.

I gave this 1 star because it looks nice and comes with some neat accessories. First of all this sink is not a standard size. Second of all it leaks from the waterfall portion and you cannot contact the manufacturer for a replacement part (only Amazon customer service) who says it can be returned but it is already installed in a stone countertop. Yes, a professional did install the sink and it’s a part within the sink that needs replaced that cannot be purchased anywhere.
