These rugs are a great addition to our kitchen! Our old kitchen rug had a “non-slip” backing but would often slide around. It also had a rattan feel that just wasn’t comfortable. So, when I saw these, I worried that it would have the same feel and slipping problem since the rugs looked similar. BUT I have pleasantly surprised. The rugs are so comfortable - for a low pile it feels like I’m walking on a rug and it’s weave is not rattan so you know there won’t be any random lifting. The rugs also have not slipped at all since laying it down. It has taken a little while to get out the creases from shipping though I rushed to lay them down and haven’t tried to do anything but let time settle the creases in. I appreciate the fact that the bottom of the rug isn’t rubber backing either - no more collecting of dog fur that is impossible to get off! Vacuuming the rugs have been a breeze and they do seem like they’ll hold up though I have yet tried to wash them. For the price (I purchased for nearly half off during Prime Day), it’s sooo worth it!

The rugs arrived folded and not rolled up. Therefore, there are creases in them as they are laid on the floor. It's been a few days now and the creases still show. At this point, I doubt the creases will just disappear by themselves but they're not overly annoying. The rugs are flat enough so that the rugs are not a trip-hazard. Having said all that, the rugs are thick and appear very easy to clean. I don't foresee any problems vaccumming any debris, if needed. I'm thinking they do a good job catching water and any splattering oil because I don't see any on the floor! I really wanted rugs that did not slip or moved AT ALL. These failed in that respect, but the slipping doesn't seem that bad (not enough for me to want to return it). I do wish they are wider.

They never look clean enough to me. They are a nice thickness and don't slide too much but do slide around a bit. I'm going back to mats I can mop. This is kinda a pain for me.

I’ve had these rugs awhile now and deliberately waited to write a review. Right out of the box I liked the pattern and feel of the rugs, and they’ve held up extremely well. They are piling at all, or getting loose threads or snags, even with dogs. I’ve washed them a ton on cold and usually hang them to dry and they come out looking great each time.

I saw the picture that shows the close-up of the weave and was sold. Bought a set for in front of the sink and the coffee "station" on the counter, and liked them so much that I bought another set to put another big one in front of the stove. We've got a waterproof LVT that's a grayish-brownish wood grain, and a 'grieg' toned paint. The gray/tan/white colors look really, really nice in the room. They've got the little bit of padding you'd want if you were cooking or washing dishes, and mine have not slipped around at all. Have had them for a couple of months now, and have only needed to vacuum them so can't yet speak to how they wash. Also, when I took them out of the package, although they were well-creased, the creases came out within a week or 2 of just laying on the floor and no effort on my part. I was really happy with this purchase and would definitely buy them again! *** UPDATE: I washed all 4 in the washer together on heavy-duty setting. All 4 came out looking brand-new. Honestly, cannot understand why others might have had a problem with washing? Still love them!
