It came in the original package, not boxed or protected, it was a flimsy soft cardboard with the exposed lettering that it was a guitar. Luckily I was home to receive it. What happened to packaging? Product is cute but the strings are super fragile especially for a kid. One twist trying to softly tune and the cords snap. Got a replacement and itโ€™s not much better.
