I have purchased at least 12 sets (different variations) of Kingstone Silverware. Was purchased for parties and Kingstone has not disappointed so far. Very sturdy and goes well with any table setting. Great value too. Wish you could buy just the dessert forks though like you can the dinner fork.

This is a review of the Matte silver variant. Very nice upscale flatware. Not as heavy or nice as my 40-year-old Lauffer Magnum flatware (2-3x the cost). But nicer in a way, because the forks are a generous width. PROs: - Very nice quality for under $8 per place setting - 18/10 stainless - No-smudge Satin finish - Clean, casual look OKs: - Feels solid, but not exquisitely heavy (weights stated in listing pic). - Forks and spoons can bend if you really try (scooping hard ice cream) - Some forks had tines slightly misaligned (easy fix) - Near flawless machining and finish quality. Was wanting to upper date my silverware set with something new and Kingstone fit the bill. Beautiful pieces, great because they have 2 sizes for easier use. My hands are small so I like the smaller forks. They wash well. They have been both hand washed and put in the dishwasher . They aren’t to heavy, great value for the 40 pieces. ... show more

Knives started to rust after a couple of washes. Edit: Originally gave them 3 stars. Kingstone contacted me directly and offered a refund. I asked for a new set instead. They didn’t ask me to delete or change my rating but their customer service deserves it.
