Ordered a different set that had more utensils and was cheaper but when I got them they felt very lightweight and the edges where you grip the handle were sharp! Can’t imagine scooping food and how uncomfortable that would be. So I returned those and purchased these. More money with less utensils but still plenty for the chafing servers I intend to use them with. These have a good hefty weight and are smooth in the edges.
