The tub came in a very sturdy cardboard box that is over an inch thick and has a cone on top so nothing gets sat on top. The Amazon delivery crew brought it into our home. It was in perfect condition upon inspection. It has adjustable feet on the bottom to help level and it has a support brace for the front apron. Very nice features. The instructions specifically state to install this on a mortar bed. The plumbers who who were our sub contractors did not use a mortar bed stating the adjustable feet mean one isn’t needed. Well, that tub didn’t even last long enough to test their theory. The very next day a dry wall crew came in a did some more demo work and put up new drywall without covering our tub. It tore it up! Scratches everywhere, some hairline, some gouges. We got a replacement tub and this time put it on a mortar bed as the booklet states to do. On a mortar bed this tub feels as solid as the cast iron we replaced. It is very tall; not for elderly or those with mobility issues. The bottom of the tub is set up a few inches from the floor so stepping out you are stepping down even further to the floor. It is also super slick. We will probably get some type of texture for the bottom. I am 5’3” and completely spin around to change the direction I am facing while taking a bath. It’s big and stays warm for at least 30 minutes. I haven’t tested it past that. I can’t say anything for ease of cleaning because it’s less than a week old. I will update if anything bad happens like easily scratches or hard to clean. I did a lot of research and found this to be one of the widest and deepest tubs. Height and width of the tub do not necessarily mean the deepest water due to a couple other factors, but this tub really is deep and wide. ... show more

After reading a lot of reviews I decided on this tub. The box was poorly handled and had significantly been damaged during shipping or maybe even from the manufacturer. The box looks like someone actually put a fork lift through it. I was so bummed. The tub itself is so beautiful, deep and modern looking. Installation is horrendous. My bath is only as wide as the tub so this is a real challenge. Needless to say the walls had to be demoted. ... show more

We are basically in horrible situation bc after installation, we noticed that water is just sitting on the rim it doesn’t go down! The picture is of us running water for a minute and there is all this water collected. After taking a 10 min shower there is even more water just sitting there and you need to manually wipe it down each time. That’s a horrible design and now we can’t do anything about it bc it’s fully installed. It was correctly installed according to instructions over a bed of mortar. But the rim of tub appears to have backpitch and pools water. We are out of options now bc we would have destroy half of our bathroom to remove it. I would stay away from this tub ... show more
