I bought because I use a gaming laptop at the gym. I have a battery that has a 300 capacity and needed abit more. What drew me to this is the charging method. It charges via any standard pc/monitor cable which is super smart. It cuts down on their cost and helps me as a consumer not stuck with a prioperity barrel charger. This little (well not this model -- it's about 35 pounds) guy is amazing. I run a small server farm inside my house. One of the largest servers can consume around 750-900 watts of power when using the Nvidia A100 card while both CPUs are pegged to the max (112 cores total). If I were to use a standard UPS with a lead acid battery, I'd have about 5-7 minutes of power after the mains go down. LifePO4 is the future for UPS because these batteries don't care if you drain them completely -- while a lead acid battery ideally would not drop below 80% of its rated power. After receiving this unit, I tested it on a number of different appliances and a few servers. The AC outlet delivers true sine wave which you can hear when running a motor. It's clean AC power thru and thru. The amazing thing is how long my "supercomputer" can run for on this beast. The server stayed up for around 97 minutes on full load. Most of our power outages are fixed in 4 hours. What I can do is pause the rendering / A100 card and lower the core usage to buy myself another 2 and half hours and I'm golden! CONS: It's hard to give this unit true cons, but one con is that if you use it for a UPS device, there is no way to hook it up to your computer to tell the computer it is on battery power. HOWEVER, there is a cheat for this! You can purchase a Kasa Smart Plug (KP115) and put it into the outlet behind the AC for this unit. The Kasa unit has bluetooth to monitor energy. When the power goes out, Kasa will stop reporting. A simple Python script can be created to monitor the Kasa plug and when it goes out, you know the server is running off battery! Other things to note about this device -- It is made in China. Made in China doesn't mean inferior products -- it just means you need to be careful because build quality is highly variable from that country. For this unit, the build quality is excellent. The unit feels very sturdy and the plastic mold is very high quality. If you are looking for a UPS device that can transfer between outlet and battery in 5ms (the standard for computer power supplies is to maintain power for 25ms after a power outage) then this unit is for you! The UPS will last far far longer than lead acid battery types and the battery itself may very well last longer than you! I highly recommend this product for any home server geek who wants a high quality UPS for multiple servers. If you have a NUC server farm, this can easily power 10+ NUCS for hours at a time. One of my best purchases in quite a while.

I live in Central America where power outages are common. I needed something to keep Starlink going for my guests that need to work online. This unit solved everything !! Not only a solar charger but able to be left plugged in all the time and a UPS its perfect !! As of right now I have it connected to Starlink and it is only pulling an average of 50 watts. I have looked for over a year for a solution to my electric issues.. all the units seems so expensive ! With the coupon I saved a lot and this unit is very worth it ! Defiantly plug and play.
