I was really hopeful, but don't buy this y'all. The good stuff: delivery was easy, set up was simple, just pull it out of the box and some small things. I noticed when I got the box that there were to small red pieces of plastic broken off of something, but I continued on with set up because the only red part of the treadmill was the safety key and that looked fine. I turned on the treadmill just to see if it works, and it does, but it is the loudest thing I've ever heard. It sounded nothing like the review videos I watched. I thought it had to do with treadmill alignment because I noticed the belt was quite off. So I sat there forever trying to turn the allen wrench on each side and it was impossible on the right side! The left was easier, but still quite difficult. I spent a couple hours trying to figure out what was going wrong and then I noticed: I can see the yellow danger sticker much easier on the left side of the treadmill but not on the right. I found the whole right side of the treadmill was a bit shorter than the left side, which was leading to the left portion of the belt to bunch up on the left side. See the pictures for what I mean. This really sucks, because this thing is expensive. I'm returning, thank god Amazon isn't making me ship it across the world. ... show more

This treadmill is built very well and it is stunningly sturdy. Great job in the assembly and the quality material. Don’t understand these negative reviews. Check it out for yourself, but for me is great investment.

I bought this treadmill with high hopes because of the ability to fold it and store it without taking up a ton of space. Well when it arrived the center knob was not attached and the wording on it was sideways. The machine would turn on but then turn off. There was no way to control it to start. Nothing worked. It never even was able to start to even walk one step. Very disappointing and very irritating considering how much was spent on it compared to other treadmills. For this kind of money you would think it would be in better shape on arrival. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with my purchase and would NOT recommend. For as much money that was spent on this I expected a lot more. ... show more

It has a very sleek look but after many tries and consulting with customer service I can’t get the belt to center. It’s also very hard to turn the Allen ranch to center it.
