  • Fits in my Eureka! Midori 2
Color: GREEN
I was looking for a cot small enough to fit in my Eureka! Midori 2 and this fits the bill. (I tested it in the garage) It's low enough to the ground that it doesn't interfere with the sloped sides of the tent once in place. There's a little room on either end. The challenge is you need to put on the feet and then flip it over while inside this tent, so you do kinda end up pushing on the sides more than I'd like but only during assembly. Speaking of assembly, attaching the legs is a little tough but once you know what to do it's not too bad. 1. Place the side without the spring on the pole 2. On the other side, pull up on the spring handle thing which will allow you to line up that side with the opposite pole 3. Once both sides are lined up, pull the side with the spring back towards you (the black part, but the actual spring handle). This is the scary part. You'll hear two pops. That's the that's sound of the feet actually clipping onto the poles. 4. Keep pulling and you'll hear a less audible click. That's the spring thing popping into place, which means the foot should now be in the correct vertical position. 5. Repeat for remaining legs/feet Then to remove it you just bend the foot on side with the spring clip a bit, which let's you pull up on the spring handle, and then it releases the tension. It'll make sense once you have it in front of you. ... show more

  • Bought almost new product-damaged
Color: Lightgrey
I get that used products are new but if it’s coming in original packaging. I would think a quality control test was done. I watched 5 videos on how to put this thing together because I couldn’t even see the instructions without a magnifier. Hoping a crack in the leg doesn’t hurt the integrity of the product. Reached out for a replacement leg piece. If no response will probably return just to repurchase. Like the product I just don’t want it to break on my first trip because I received a leg piece with a cracked foot ... show more

  • Nice cot that is well-made, but too low to the ground for me.
Color: BLACK
This cot is very well-made and easy to put up. It does not sag at all. But I needed the feature of adding legs to it when I want it to be higher so I purchased another I don’t need a card that is as long as this one is either, so I looked for something that was much shorter. I would like to see this cot come in a bit wider version and a bit shorter. If you use it for a backpacking tent because the sides, slow, this caught bumps up against the ends. So a few inches shorter would be nice and if you’re gonna keep it, the same weight, that could go into width instead. A shorter wider version would be nice. If possible. ... show more

  • Tent car camping: this thing is great
Color: GREEN
If you’re not worried about weight or pack volume, this compact cot is awesome. It packs down small, and the setup/tear-down is fast. It just fits my HubbaHubba tent, though I had to setup outside the tent and move in afterward. It was comfortable with an air mattress on my 6’1”, 180lb frame. It also feels durable though time will tell. ... show more

  • easy to assemble
Color: ORANGE
Unlike some of the other cots that I tried to assemble in my living room before needing them on my trips, this one was easy to set up and take down. I started to get into a habit of ordering a cot, it arriving, me trying to set it up, then return. This one I kept, and have used on a Ragnar trail trip. It worked great. ... show more

  • almost perfect...ALMOST
love the comfort of these cots, supportive without being stiff. light weight and breathable materials for warmer weather . easy set up and tear down. they are packable , but also great for car camping because they pack so small. I have found i prefer the low height vs a cot that is std bed height. It is still enough to keep you from ever touching the ground. keeping you off the cold hard ground, but low enough to not be an issue in most tents and away from drafty windows. plus did I mention how small they pack? my self inflating pad and sleeping bag are each bigger than this thing is! great colors, nice strong plastics and good finish on the metal pieces. top notch material. they have held up to hot, wet, freezing, sand, dusty conditions. kids climbing on them, kids putting them together and taking them down, adults sleeping on them and using them to get dressed or packed. and taken all the abuse so whats the negative? they squeak/creak like an old rusty hinge on a door from your childhood nightmares. not just occasionally but constantly. and loudly. like wake you from your sleep loud. once you are on them every move you make, every breath you take, this bed squeaks at you. I'm 6'2" 215# so I am not small, but every one of our beds do it with my wife, and either of our young kids too. I've tried with and without a pad on top. ive tried soft ground(but level and secure) and hard ground, a blanket under the feet on a wood floor cabins. graphite powder at the hinge joint and contact points. nothing makes this go away so far. to be fair, that is the only negative I have about these cots. they are well made and a great addition to your camping gear. but you have got to be able to get past that unholy squeaking ... show more

  • Great cot but hard to open feet
Color: GREEN
This was a great cot, nice looking and very lightweight . However the amount of leverage required to put each leg on was too great for me to snap on so regretfully I had to return it. I had my neighbor put the legs on so I could try it out so I know how great it is but unfortunately I'm not able to do it myself. Maybe I used an incorrect angle or leverage but I don't want to carry it if I can't use it. ... show more
