My wife and I are in our late 50’s and have found our previous bed was not providing the comfort it used to. So I started to look for another king bed. It arrived April 28th 2026 in the time frame expected. We have had the bed now for 6 days. Of the ones I had looked at here on Amazon. I found this one sounded good. Of course we were ready for it not to be. It is however an amazing bed. Both of us are finding we are sleeping better, hip and back pain when we wake up no longer exists. There is minimal notice of when one of us moves or rolls over in the middle of the night. There wasn’t an odor to the bed when we opened it up, and this was a plus. My wife has a bad shoulder and hasn’t been able to sleep on that side for a long time as she would wake up if she rolled to that side. She is finding she can now sleep on that side with no pain. We both would highly recommend this bed. Well worth the price.

I have a bad hip and some back issues. This mattress is fantastic. Alot less pain in the morning. Even my dog agrees. The only recommendation I have if you purchase it is rotate it every couple of weeks to keep it feeling like new. Really good quality. Thickness is just right for my bed frame. For me it has the right firmness. Not to firm not to soft. Support is great for my back and hip. Fits perfectly on a queen sized frame.

OK. I was NOT expecting to like this matress as much as I did. I had to have a matress in a box as our king bed was upstairs in our new home and getting a cali king matress up the narrow stairs in our new house was not happening. So our older but very expensive matress had to go. It had served well for many years and needed changing anyway. But I was very sceptical of a bed in a box matress. After reading other reviews and such, we just went for it. I did not buy the much more expensive variety as I figured there's no way I will iike one anyway. Folks, this is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Its semi firm, which my old back needs. The sides hold up when I am getting in and out of bed. And I sleep very well. Side sleeper here, and it is as comfortable (maybe more) thank our old matress. 100% recommend.

This mattress is rated a 6 out of 10 for firmness but we would not classify it as medium but more firm. We went with the 16 inch as our thought process was that it would expand less than 16 inches but we were wrong. We did not experience any odd smells and after a week sleeping on it, surprisingly we are sleeping better. One of us prefers medium to soft and the other prefers medium to firm so this mattress is a great middle ground. As a side sleeper, it is hard to find a mattress that doesn't cause hip issues without a hefty price tag. So far, we highly recommend this product and on a side note, it is a solid mattress that weighs more than the suggested weight.

October 2025 ,Nice mattress , not as soft as I wanted it’s actually pretty hard . support is good and it’s a heavy mattress I just wish the top layer was softer.. UPDATE May 24th 2026, Ive had this mattress about 7 months. This mattress is terrible it is still hard and I can feel the springs or something through the mattress. I would not recommend this mattress. It is not plush or comfortable. I have to to toss and turn all night to alleviate the pain that I get in each hip that im lying on. (side sleeper) I would NOT recommend this mattress. The only thing good about it, is that it looks really nice. It is not comfortable.

This mattress is great. It fells comfortable enough without being too soft. I like harder one but it was surprisingly great. It was perfect size for the frame we had and of course I waited the 48hrs as per the recommendation before using it for the first time! Amazon delivered it to my door and it was easy to carry on side and open it up.
