So they delivered the package on time and up 12 stairs! Mind you I got a 14" king size! It was heavy! So when unboxing our mattress I found it best NOT to use the white cutters they provide( may not be provided in all) I used regular scissors, as what they provided didn't really work. Once the corners were expanded at the top I flipped it over so that the bottom side of the mattress could expand as well(was around 11 o'clock pm)!!! And it worked so well! Flip back over and cover with your desired sheets and pillows! Okay now to pain real, honestly, wehave been sleeping like a baby everytime we get in this bed! When we get into the bed we sink right into it. The mattress hugs your body shape making it comforting and soothing to the aching parts of your body! We wake up with our body's refreshed! We got medium plush! So if we set a cup on the bed and our son jumps on the bed it wouldn't spill! We absolutely love it! Our pets love it and our kid loves it! I give this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was really taking a chance I was very nervous to buy this king size mattress after going to a store and trying them out and boy what a nice surprise I loved it so much we bought a second one for the guest room to me it's a steal if you want to put a waffle pad on top or a Topper mattress pad that makes it even more cushy but it really doesn't need a need anything it's super comfortable not too hard and an excellent purchase! So glad we found it looks great on the new bed frame as well.

When first buying the bed I had high hopes for it. It starts out comfortable for the first few months, and after that it just sinks in and leaves you with back pain no one should ever experience. If you have a sleeping partner you guys will end up in a big hole of sunken in mattress and it’s impossible to escape from. Please don’t waste your money because you’ll end up in my same situation and have to buy a new bed in 5 months

This mattress is so so comfortable well worth the money. I got the king size one and it’s perfect! I have a bad back and I never wake up with back pain because of the comfort of this well made with the money mattress

The mattress appears well made. I noticed the bottom of the mattress is a little longer than the top. Therefore it doesn't sit well against our headboard. When I ordered the mattress I thought I was ordering a medium to firm mattress. This mattress is extremely firm, so I'm guessing there are various levels of firm. In other words if you aren't looking for a very firm mattress, this would not be a good choice. I eventually purchased a 3 inch topper. The topper has made the bed quite comfortable.
