The support is great—firm enough for my back, but still super comfy. I used to wake up with back pain, but not anymore. Now I sleep through the night and wake up feeling rested. It’s not too soft or too hard—just the right balance. Whether I sleep on my side or back, it feels comfortable. Plus, when my partner moves, I don’t feel a thing. Great motion isolation! I feel my waist is supported when I lie on it, and I don’t feel back pain after sleeping for a few days. The fit of the waist is very good, and there is no sense of suspension.
