Okay I’m going to try to be as detailed as possible. So we decided to upgrade our bed after 5 years. I searched everywhere on Amazon & all the other brands were either $300+ or we’re going to take almost a month to get to us. But then I found this, I read all the reviews & we decided to try it. We had never ordered a mattress online before but decided to give it a try. It shipped pretty fast but then somehow was lost in transit (which is still don’t know how they misplaced a package this big) but it wasn’t the seller’s or amazons fault, that’s on ups who it was shipped through. I contacted Amazon & they immediately ordered a replacement. That was on February 15th. Amazon said it wouldn’t be here until February 22nd & we were okay with that. Well it ended up showing up on February 17th! We were so excited. The box is heavy so it’s easier for 2 people or someone super strong to carry. My husband got it upstairs & unpackaged which was super easy to do. It almost immediately inflated but we gave it about 12 hours to sit. Last night we slept on it for the first time & omgggg love it. It’s definitely firm which is what my husband wanted but still soft. The memory foam is great & makes you feel cradled as you sleep. It pops right back up pretty fast too! One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever bought. We will be buying a full size for our daughter since she needs a new bed too! Amazing quality at an amazing price! ... show more

My husband and I just slept like a BABY! last night. We bought our old mattress from W*M about 5 years ago and it was a memory foam as well. We knew we desperately needed a new one! I’ve been searching for weeks and weeks on Amazon and came across this multiple times with it having 4.5 stars with 22k reviews. Well, it has those reviews for a reason. It feels like you’re getting hugged on a cloud all night. Not too firm, not too soft, literally just right. Our 3.5 year old slept in between us as she usually does and got the best sleep last night too— didn’t wake up once! I opened the box yesterday and my husband and I both told ourselves we were waiting at least 48 hours no matter what…. Well—- we waited 8. The photo is shown after only 4 hours after taking it out of the package. I was BLOWN away how fast and much it expanded. I always am the first one to say to wait at least 48 hours but this bad boy genuinely did not need it!! Don’t waste anymore time if you’re debating and buy this baby!! 500% worth it and I would buy this 5x over with how good I slept last night—- being 7 months pregnant no less! This thing is a STEAL! At the price!! Do not be discouraged by the price! I almost spent an extra 100-150$ on another mattress & I’m so glad I didn’t. Edit—— We’re a few weeks in and this is still a solid 5 stars! Our sleep has improved dramatically. My toddler has been sleeping so much better and doesn’t wake up throughout the night anymore. I used to have extreme hip pain (going on 8 months pregnant now) and my hips are feeling so much better! This has been an absolute lifesaver— once again, don’t let that price fool you!! I don't write reviews often but after sleeping on this mattress for a week and having some of the best sleep I've had in a long time I just had to write a review. The mattress came in a box and was vacuum sealed in plastic. We unwrapped and allowed the mattress a few days to get fully expanded. It does say 10inches, but it seems the mattress we received isn't a full 10 inches. Which is not a problem. I was looking for something comfortable and supportive, and I found that in this mattress. Picture of mattress was taken before the 24/48 hr mark to allow for full expansion of mattress. Upon opening the mattress it was nicely packaged. It had no weird plastic odor as some reviewers mentioned. It is very comfortable to sleep in. It takes some time getting used to but I think it’s a good combination of memory foam softness without getting stuck in the bed. I have 2 kids and we all like it. On top of two kids, I’ve already had to take the cover off to clean unfortunately, it was easy to take off but disliked not being able to throw into the washer. Directions mention spot cleaning. I’m sure you could but I won’t risk it. I also have no clue how to get any liquid stains out of the mattress that seeped into the actual contents of the memory foam. So take my advice and go ahead and buy an additional mattress protector if you think you’ll need it. ... show more

I bought this mattress over a year ago. It's still holding up nicely, and comfortable for a memory foam mattress. That comes in a box. IT didn't have too bad of a smell. Just kind of like a plastic smell .. wasn't bad. It went away quick. It's thick enough for me and my fiance. And kids too. We all sleep comfortably and you can't go wrong with the price. Great for what we needed it for. Doesn’t smell funky like some foam mattresses. Super soft and comfy. Best sleep. Pretty thick. I have bad back and fibromyalgia, this is a great mattress for that. I do recommend replacing every 2-4 years especially if you’re heavy set.
