Once you get it together it’s great. The directions to assemble absolutely suck. Very basic at best. But with more patience than I had and once you figure out how it goes together fine. Figure on a good 2-4 hours and you will need a helper. The cover was a good fit and seems pretty strong. No problems with wind, but ours is in a fenced buffering much of the exposure. Attached easy. I needed a place to shelter plumeria at my new home in central Texas. So far it has withstood heavy winds and with a small electric heater it’s held a suitable temperature so far. We are expecting 2-3 days of sub freezing temperatures this week which will be the true test. It was fairly easy for me (5’3” 62 yr old woman) to assemble by myself. It’s not as easy as some of the pop up type covers, but the durability of the galvanized frame makes the little additional effort well worth it in my opinion. I like the ease of fitting the cover over the frame. For the summer I intend to remove the cover and plant a small garden where the frame is & if I have issues with birds and/or intense summer sun I plan to be able to cover the frame with some netting for protection. The greenhouse materials are top notch. The cover is high quality since the plastic is thick and has thread interwoven throughout. The instructions are easy to follow. The most difficult part was prepping the ground. The only problem I encountered were screws missing. When I contacted the company, they responded in lightning-fast speed on a Saturday evening and shipped out the missing screws the following Monday. They arrived two days later. I wanted 2 things out of this hoop house. A quick shelter/storage for garage items while work was being done on the garage itself and a greenhouse when plants needed more room than my polycarbonate one could provide. I want to be able to keep this up maybe 10 weeks during Spring. Shipping was fast, box was a little roughed up, but no internal items damaged. I liked how they packed all the same pipes together. I put it together myself. I am a 55 yr old women that has put 4 outdoor storage or canopy items together, plus one advance polycarbonate greenhouse. I did use a drill instead of hand screwing the bolts and nuts. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN, METAL POLES WILL CRIMP. One senior person took about 1 1/2 hours for the frame and 15 minutes to secure the plastic. I could have hustled it a little faster on the frame if needed. Picture shows it together, I did use patio blocks all around the edge, I also staked down each section of bottom frame with landscaping stakes about 10" long, one in each direction so it cannot move out of alignment and lift. I did use the cord that was provided but went and put tent stakes to secure into ground and not the U anchors they sent. I did like the strength of the plastic and the zippers work great for me. The plastic is loose enough you should not have to "stretch" or put any type of force on the zippers. I have had hoop houses blow down the road on windy days before. I may have over anchored this, but I had the stakes so why not. We have had up to 35 mph steady wind, with gusts up to 50 for a few hours. It has not lifted any of the anchoring systems and the plastic has stayed sturdy. Depending on how long you leave it out each year, I think you would get long term use out of it as a TEMPORARY greenhouse. When I take it down, I think a good idea will be to mark the poles with a black marker the way they are connected now and number them. The black line will make sure I can line up any bent or crimped poles as this still does giggle in the wind, and I think that would be the smart thing to do. This is definitely better quality than the Chinese ones with the green poles. The plastic grade/thickness feels like ones used in the professional greenhouses. I got the white one. I think it was a fair price for the items supplied as I knew when ordering it, I was going to anchor it my way because I didn't want it blowing down the highway. ... show more

We purchased this greenhouse in the fall to house my growing number of huge houseplants through the winter. It was easy to put together, hubby and I had it up in a couple of hours. It seems very sturdy, but the Oklahoma winds are howling today so it will be tested. So far, I love it and I think it will hold up well.
