First my likes. Went together easy, did it myself, don’t remember how long it took, but wasn’t bad. We mounted it on railroad ties for added height and stability. All my plants did fabulous in it over the Texas summer. Seems to be holding up great. Plastic looks very good yet. My dislikes are, the screens on about half of windows and the doors have rips in them. No idea why, greenhouse is fenced so no deer can rub on it. I would like to see the zippers be a heavier quality. I can only close up the doors when it’s still hot. Once it cools down the plastic shrinks up just enough that it’s so tight it’s hard to zip. Value for the money is good. And protected my plants just like I had hoped. I reached out to customer service as it has a year warranty. I’d have to say, Summer was fabulous, they emailed me back within 12 hours. Sent them pictures of the screens and doors and they sent me out a new replacement cover for it right away. They even followed up with a email seeing that it was delivered yesterday. Checking to see if all was good. Fabulous customer service, I’d definitely buy from them again. I bought this hoop house after very nearly pulling the trigger on a much more expensive wooden greenhouse. I am very happy with it so far. Assembly is pretty straightforward. It took me a day to prepare the foundation (simple level trench to seat the base poles in, and a day to put the frame together (including some goofing off and chatting with neighbors). Note that it might be easier if you have someone to hold things and hand you bits and bobs, but one person can definitely set this up. Also nice to have two people to install the skin, to minimize swearing and frustration. I inventoried the parts before I began, did a little cleanup of some of the drilled holes in the poles, and straightened a couple of dings in the pole ends. But all of the pieces were there and in good condition (manufacturer included a few extra nuts and bolts, bless 'em). The poles are numbered, making layout and assembly very nice. Instructions are pretty clear, just read them first! I suggest that you use a 10mm ratchet or wrench to tighten the bolts. Two allen wrenches and two small 10mm wrenches are included, but they are not conducive to happy bolt installation. Use good tools; they make it so much easier. The sprinkler system is also easy to install. I hooked it into my existing drip system, and it ran the first time with no leaks. The house comes with some ground staples and cord to guy it down for stability, but I opted to buy some screw-in ground anchors. We can get serious wind here, and I don't think the system provided with the house will stand up to it. I also don't want to spend the summer tripping over down guys. I have 3 of these. One is still in the box. One has been set up for about 9 mos. This one is attached with wire to T posts that are anchored about a foot into the ground. I also have metal fencing wired to it to protect the birds it houses from predators. This hasn’t moved even in strong wind gusts of 50-60 mph. I attribute that to connecting it to the posts and fencing. The cover is still in good shape. The third one has been set up for about a month. This one was temporarily held in place by running the bottom pieces through concrete blocks. I didn’t get it moved soon enough to a place I could attach it to T posts and it was not able to withstand the wind gusts. I believe if I’d have taken the cover off prior to the wind gusts the frame would have been fine. The cover itself isn’t damaged but to set it up again it will require some repair. It will also be attached to T posts once repaired and I believe it will be fine and functional again. Hoping I can contact the company should I need any replacement parts. It was short a couple nuts and bolts on arrival but I had some that fit so it wasn’t too much of an issue for me. Overall I cannot complain about the product, especially because I purchased it on sale and thought it was a good value for the price. ... show more

We searched online extensively for a hoop greenhouse. And are happy with the purchase This is roughly 6.5’ (width) 15’ (length) x 6.5’ (tall). Poles were sturdy, all parts were present and correct. Cover seems thick and sturdy. Assembly instructions were surprising good. We only had to re-do one bit - the horizontal section needs to placed so that the curved ends face up (should have probably realized that when we battled to screw in the bolt which when assembled incorrectly is not easily accessible or visible - doh). Everything else was very clear. As some others have said, from experience we know that surface prep is the most important step. We removed old raised beds, leveled and compacted the surface, then added a very heavy barrier cloth to keep the weeds at bay (and keep the inside clean). The prep step took MUCH longer than the actual greenhouse assembly. Assembly took us a few hours one afternoon. You definitely need two people to assemble because of its size. To improve stability and make sure it doesn’t fly away, we laid out and joined 4x4 pressure treated sections, made sure was all level, then assembled on top of the 4x4s. Once assembled, connected the base poles to the 4x4s. Its not going anywhere! Still thinking about how we want to hold down the sides. For now the plan is to tuck the sides (both screen netting and outer cover) under the 4x4s, then attach something like a length of 1x2 along the edges to keep things from moving. For temps in our area, we will be able to have sufficient cooling and ventilation by opening either door and rolling up the side windows. We won’t need to roll up the entire length of the sides, so no issue in tacking down the length section. Feel like this should last several years.
