Overall these are nice scrubs. I read the reviews and I'm glad that I went down a size-they run large. I'm 5'6" and 125 lbs with narrow hips and a small bust (34 A/B) and an XS fit well (I usually wear a Small). The pants definitely do run long-if I were any shorter they probably would be too long.

I'm 5'6, 130-135#, 36A with broad shoulders. I purchased this in SMALL, and the fit is ok, though not ideal. The top is long. When pulled straight down, it's long enough to cover my crotch. It does ride up when I lift my arms and tend to get stuck over my chest. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. It's also a little tight on the shoulders for me, but I have swimmer shoulders; I usually wear tank tops as many shirts run tight on my shoulders. The fabric is stretchy enough that this isn't a huge issue. If I purchased in a M for my shoulders, I think it would be too big all over and probably ridiculously long. I really like the look of the shirt and all the pockets, I just think those minor annoyances will probably keep me from purchasing in other colors. FWIW, I purchased the Dickies gen flex pants in the same color Dickies Women's Gen Flex Fit Contrast Stitch Cargo Pant, Black, Small and they matched perfectly, even though they are different lines (Xtreme stretch vs Gen Flex). I really like the stretchiness of the Xtreme stretch, but the material of the gen flex is lighter which is better suited for me as I'm in Florida and often hot. I think I will search for a Gen Flex shirt that fits my needs.

I like the material of this top. It is stretchy. However the cut is a fitted cut. The way I see it is if I’m ordering the xtreme stretch and ordering a 2x, I don’t want it to be tight. It fits snug.

I like this wrap top way better than the other style of this xtreme stretch top. It feels like it adds a little more curve or femininity. My only complaint with the xtreme stretch dickies is that they are a little tight in the chest and armpit area. I feel like they fit as expected everywhere else, but not as well in the chest. I am usually an XS and sometimes a small in t-shirts, slender, and around a 34B. I ordered an XS. A friend of mine is about the same size as me, but with a larger chest and ordered a small just because the XS was way too tight in the chest.

This top is perfect for those of us that have curves and do not want to wear a cotton box. It has great stretch for easy movement. I work in a vet office and dog hair brushes right off. I ordered one and once it arrived I ordered a second. The only negative thing I can say about it is the metal rivets are not necessary at all, it would be the best scrub top I own without them.

Love the fact that they are long enough to cover my back when bending down. Love the unique design of the pockets. I did have to modify/create a pocket just for my pens, so that they're in vertical position. Love the fact that the D-ring is made of metal and not not plastic. Very satisficed.

I'm really not sure in what universe these scrubs can be called "extreme stretch". They have no give to them whatsoever, and if you put one on a hanger and pull it in two directions with both your hands, there is NO stretch whatsoever. I ended up keeping these even though I absolutely hate them and dread wearing them. I've gained some weight and my favorite scrubs have been discontinued and I had to wear something to work. Either I'm shaped really weird or these are, I don't know, but they are really strange. They're super long, which normally I like because I have a very long torso, but they're shaped so oddly it just doesn't work. When I'm standing up they're okay, not great but okay. But when I sit down, the whole midsection just kind of slides upwards in a really weird way. I'm busty and the chest area of these are not accommodating whatsoever, and they're really tight in the hip area too. I tried ordering up a size and it just ended up being a tent on me, so I guess this is the right size. As soon as I find a better set I'm selling these on ebay though and never looking back. I strongly advise against buying these if you have any curves or extra weight at all. Not stretchy, not comfortable, not shaped well.
