I’ve done the research on quality ingredients and trial tastes. Kind bars are Low Glycemic & Dark Chocolate Almond Kind bars are my favorite flavor and very hard to find. I ordered 3 boxes of 12 KIND bars. They had a good date on them and were, thankfully, in good condition. Took off one star because the box they were sent in was too small and there was no padding anywhere except the top. This is the only Kind bar I buy anymore. There are other good ones but this is my absolute favorite. I have given them to friends who thought they didn't like dark chocolate and they loved them. I'm living that GF life (gluten-free, nothing cool) not because of Keto but because my body is stupid. I figured I'd give these a go as my day-to-day snack item. The taste is great, the consistency is fine (I'm one of those weirdos that hates weird consistencies), and they're portable (I agree, that's a weird "Pro" to use) But something in them makes me have to go do my sudoku puzzles in the bathroom within an hour.
