I don't know about you, but I am a pretty simple girl. I have not jumped on the false lashes bandwagon, even though I really love how they look on others most of the time, other times when the are barely hanging on and look ridiculous is what has stopped me because that would be me! At the same time, I feel like finding a good mascara is hard. This duo is really good. I am a huge fan of the lengthening mascara. You know it is doing it's job when my lashes hit my glasses when I blink! It stays on all day without flaking or smearing. Not a huge fan of the volumizing one, it tends to go on a little clumpy. Not a big deal, at the price having one that I really like is enough. Now I wish they sold two packs of the same kind!

Two..two mascaras. Yup, I said two. You get two different mascaras to get the perfect look. I wear contacts so I look for some that don’t bother my eyes or flake too much. So far with these I am fine. Lots of mascaras are fine when I initially use them but later get flaky. Time will tell now these hold up as I haven’t used them much yet. Right now the price is very good for two tubes of mascara. They are free of parabens, fragrance, gluten, and are vegan and cruelty free.

This line of mascaras has a similar design and function to another line of mascaras from a very popular drugstore brand that rhymes with sense. The item it's attempting to dupe is actually my favorite mascara -- I like it better than any others I've tried, including the really expensive ones. So it had a high bar to measure up to. In some ways, it did surpass the original, but overall I still prefer the original, the green one in particular. However, I do believe the pink one of this brand is better overall than the pink one of the popular brand. As you can see in my picture, the effects for each mascara are different. The pink one produces a more wispy lash, whereas the green one goes for a thicker, more volumized look. One thing that elevates them over the other brand is that they are smudge-proof. I can only use the other brand on my top lashes due to how bad the smudging will get, but I can use this one on my bottom lashes with no smudging even after a full 12 hour shift. The problem I have with the formula is it's on the dry side and hard to layer. So I can't get the volume I can get with the other brand. Overall though, this is a pretty good mascara and value for money, especially if you want a natural looking, lengthened look.

I tried out both of these a few times and one of those times I put each kind on one eye so I could compare them. Both of them are very black, don't seem to clump up on my lashes, and they are easy to apply. It is also easy to remove with eye makeup remover and a cotton ball, and didn't cause any irritation. They was also no flaking or smudging while wearing these. I haven't tried these together, but I may to see if I can get super length and volume. The false lash mascara definitely makes my lashes longer, but it give you what my husband calls "spider eyes" where a few lashes end up looking longer than the rest, and look like spider legs sticking out. I have longer lashes to begin with, but I did appreciate the extra length and think this mascara lives up to its name. The Volumizing mascara is really nice. It added depth to my lashes and made me look like I had more lashes, and thicker ones. It also added length, but not as much as the other ones. It also gave me a lot of curl in my lashes. With the added volume, and curl, I got the same look as when I use false lashes, and this is obviously so much easier. I will say though, that these look almost exactly like a different brand of mascara that I already love and will probably continue to use over these even though these are great.

This is a nice mascara duo. I think it's a pretty good price, considering the fact that this comes with 2 different kinds of mascara. Out of the two, my favorite one is the "Majestic Volume." This mascara is unique, especially pertaining to the mascara wand itself. It is shaped differently than any other wand I have experience with using. As you can see in the pictures I have uploaded it is somewhat similar to other wands. The main difference is that after it curves inward, it kind of goes into a swirly shape. I wasn't quite sure of how that would make my lashes look and imagine they would make them look somewhat crazy but they don't. I think it helps to make them look more full and I find that the tip of it reaches into the corners of my eyes nicely. I like the saturation and the deep dark pigment of both of these mascaras. I have blonde, almost non existent, eyelashes and if I don't wear mascara you can't even tell I have any. This mascara, the both of them, helps to bring them out and give them more of a dramatic flare. This mascara doesn't make your lashes clump together and they don't make them look spidery either.

Both of these are really nice mascaras. They go on easily and last through the day. The formula doesn't clump and the lashes stay separate -- even with the volumizing. The brushes are both substantial with good fibers. The volumizing brush is extra useful. I've never seen a brush quite like that one, and it covers the lashes so easily. Both leave you with a natural look (yes, even the false-like one) after a couple of coats. The only thing about these is if you're looking for dramatic mascaras, these aren't really that. There are others available that will give you more of that false eyelash look or the dark clumpy look. However, these are fantastic mascaras that give a good look. These are definitely some of the best everyday mascaras I've used. Having two in a set gives some options for switching up the look a little. Overall I am very happy with this product and will look for more items from the same line.
