I like that it has a sensor that tells you if you have drain on your battery. Had it for a month works well. Only problem was when stuck in traffic not moving, it would shut off? It would start back up after turning it back on. I think it was getting below 9.6 V. I think if I put it in neutral or park it would let motor rev higher and wouldn’t have that problem.

This was bought for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, due to my battery dying after an unknown amount of time..This is easy to install and works instantly. The fact that it also has a feature that when the battery falls belows 11.9V, it will auto shut off, which will allow you to start up your vehicle (or whatever you have this installed on).

I purchased the battery kill switch for my car because I wanted to protect my battery from leakage and extend its life. The switch is practical and functional, as it automatically disconnects the battery main switch and locks 60% of the power for the next start. The switch is also durable and high temperature resistant, as it is made of a plastic insulated shell and thick copper. The switch consumes no power when it is on standby, and can withstand large currents. However, I was not very impressed with the electricity leakage display function of the switch. The switch has three indicator lights that show different levels of leakage, but they are not very accurate or helpful. Sometimes the lights would not turn on at all, even when I knew there was some leakage. Other times, the lights would show different readings for the same level of leakage. I found the display function to be unreliable and inconsistent. Maybe there was something wrong with the one I received. Overall, I think the battery kill switch is a good product, but it could be improved. The switch does its main job of protecting the battery and saving power, but it fails to provide reliable information about the leakage. I would recommend it to someone who is looking for a simple and effective way to prevent battery drain, but not to someone who wants to monitor the leakage accurately. I will keep using the switch, but I will not rely on the display function.

So far so good. Had a drain that could never be found in 2015 honda civic hybrid. This kills the vehicle completely as to not kill the battery every month or two. Only been 1 month so far.

I had a parasitic drain I couldn't find on my back/sometimes transportation with 275000+ miles. The device put it back in service for my infrequent use. When this car is done I'll move it to my primary vehicle for anti-theft use.
