My son is on a mixed martial arts demo team. He and his friends are constantly practicing their flips, first on trampolines, then on the mats. This was his birthday present. He LOVES it!!! He is 5'10" and 150 pounds. He can do all of his flips and twists. His two sisters are instructors and they use it too. We love that it comes in a variety of colors. We bought the one that matches his team colors! Great price. It was easy for two people to assemble. Took about 2 hours. It's exactly as described. No exposed springs. Attractive. Seems very durable.
