It's great, but...it could be better

I bought this well in advance of my little's 2nd birthday party, and it's great, but it could be better. PROS: 1. Easy to assemble - clear directions 2. Remote works great for me - easily enough connected (once I actually followed the instructions) 3. Considering how close little ears are to the spea
kers, the volume is fine (we actually turned it down) 4. It's not overly noisy - about what I would expect/remember from these kinds of cars when I was a kid 5. Harness is great - I love that it's not just a lap belt CONS: 1. The seat isn't adjustable. My little cannot use this car by himself unless he's out of the harness and stands up - there's no other legitimate way for him to touch the pedal or reach the wheel. So it's remote-control operation only for now. (I realize it's advertised for 36 months to 6 years old, so I'm not griping too much about it at this point - just something to note for others who might care). 2. This one's more of a "me" issue, since the product photos clearly show older/bigger children (although none of them look like they have their legs stretched out to touch the pedal). It's such a low-profile car, I can't see a 4-6 year old actually using this and enjoying it. It reminds me of a giant using a "normal" car. By the time my son can reach the pedal, he won't be sitting "in" the car anymore, he'll be sitting "on" it and look like he's driving something not actually meant for him, plus be much too tall for the steering wheel and buttons. I can't imagine he will feel anything other than scrunched in. Overall, it's a great little car - and the "real" headlights plus radio and adult remote make it very much worth the price - I just wish the seat was adjustable, and/or it came with a way for kids on the smaller side to be able to reach the pedal.

I recently purchased this for my nephew’s 2nd birthday! HE LOVES IT! The features and the quality of the product are exceptional not to mention he is now King of the Road every time he hops in and goes for a ‘ride’ courtesy of the parental remote control feature. Would highly recommend this purchase
to anyone who is looking for that next level gift!

I don’t care for this! We charge it and unplug it once the green light comes on. My son will take it out and less than an hour later “BATTERY LOW”. Oh my God! He drove it to the park in our neighborhood, once. It’s like 2-3 blocks away. It died!!! I had to carry it home. My son pushed it half way. I

Very Cool Ride On Toy that suffers from poor QC

I bought this ride on toy for my 16 month old son. He absolutely loves it. While he is definitely too young to drive the toy himself, the parental remote makes it very easy for my son and I to enjoy the toy anyway. My primary complaint is that a very tiny a terrible weld connecting the parental steer
ing motor to the steering wheel broke within the first week. Fortunately original JB Weld 2 part epoxy did the trick to fix the bad weld. I also have a 3d printer so I made a steering column clamp and now I have zero concerns about the parental steering not working anymore. For those of you with 18v power tools, there are plenty of tool battery adapters meant for power wheels that work perfectly as a replacement power source. I had bought a DC motor speed controller in fear of burning out the electronics responsible for the parental remote and on board radio/mp3 player but it took as much as 19V without any issues. I plugged in a fully charged 18V 5.0 AH battery and everything worked as intended with the added bonus of the toy Lambo going significantly faster than the stock battery would allow. In short, if you are decently handy with tools, buy this with confidence as anything that breaks will be fairly simple to fix.

Cool car with terrible remote and crappy sound system

So this Lambo is gorgeous. It has functioning wing doors and a neat engine roar and start up. That said, it's kind of, not great? The remote is terrible. We couldn't even get it to connect on the first day, so we were chasing around my three yr old trying to keep her on track. I got the remote to con
nect later, but it was buggy and would lose connection. Then I turned the car off and the remote sat blinking for like, three days trying to connect. It's just going to burn through battery. I wish it had an on/off switch The sound system is also really crappy. I get that it is a kids toy, but it's not that hard to get a Bluetooth speaker that sounds better. The car is so noisy is hard to hear the music even on full volume. That said, my daughter loves her speed car. She wants to drive to her friends' houses and drive her stuffies around. It's very cute
