This little bumper was easy to put together and worked great as soon as we turned it on and went for a little drive. My only issue was with the parent controller—it never properly connected to the car so it just doesn’t work. Luckily we have asphalt roads that slow the car down and live in a very kid-friendly neighborhood so not having the controller isn’t that big of a deal. The media could not be loaded. The car was awesome but didn’t even last a year. Working with customer support currently to resolve the issue so hopefully they will send replacement. The charger turns green when vehicle is charged but the charger is green and the car won’t come on at all. Not even the lights or noises. ... show more

We ordered this item for our son. When I put it together as instructed, both joy sticks worked. The next morning when our son tried to use it, only one joy stick worked. I disassembled then put it back together and still, only one worked. We reached out to customer service and they kept insisting that we had either done something wrong and that we needed to send video proof. We attempted to send the video through the file attach option and it would not go, even after downsizing. They then told us we would need to send through a different route. I then advised them we need a refund asap we do not have free time to go back and forth with them on this issue after multiple attempts to send “proof”. We planned to purchase another one through them thinking this was just a bad egg but after this experience, we will never purchase from this company again. Everything is STILL pending. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Hands down my son’s favorite toy. He’s two and can use the steering wheel to drive it around (with some redirecting). It also has a remote for if the parent needs to drive. I forgot to video it, but it lights up on the front and back. It had a rubber piece on the front and back to avoid damaging walls, I’ve had it scuff are places but nothing a little bit of water and rubbing didn’t fix! We’ve used this indoors and outdoors and even accidentally left it out in the rain for a bit and it still works. Came with a charger and stickers to personalize it. ... show more
