I also tried to unplug the battery which is impossible because it's wires are welded in. Of course it quits alittle after 30 days from receiving so amazon won't help fix this problem. Bought this for my grandson and I was a little disappointed when he opened it, it's wayy smaller than I thought it would be..it didn't have as many games that I thought it and he wasn't as engaged or challenged as he was with previous ones he'd played with..the handles were a little off putting because they were very weak and flimsy rubber..overall he just didn't like it and the screen was too small.. unfortunately I sent it back ... show more

I guess I was thinking it would be bigger! I thought the green case around the tablet was going to be a little more sturdy, not so rubbery! Also the stand has already come off the back and my grandson just got it for Christmas just a few weeks ago! Also it said you could download different apps but will not let us download Netflix which it specifically shows Netflix on there when you click on the description and pictures on your sight! ... show more
