The tablet will not download anything, it shuts off and wont come back on , everything just spins. We sent the 1st one back and this is the replacement doing the same thing. It was very slow then it got dropped from a very close level to the floor and just was done for it was super frustrating. I do like the concept of the kids apps and such but Def is a slow device as well. I did also like the case and setup I just wish it was durable because barely hitting the floor and now it being done for is just sad even my phones have lasted longer then that and that's saying something with three boys lol ... show more
