Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and never worked right. Ruined her day because she didn’t get to enjoy her gift while everyone else got to play with theirs. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen!!! All they wanted was to keep telling me what to do and how to work on it; excuse me but that’s not my job! Bought it expecting something nice instead got the worst gift ever. Had to buy my granddaughter another gift after spending all the money on this one and they won’t even consider giving a refund. Would have given 0 stars if there was an option! Don’t waste your time or money just so your child will be disappointed!

I gifted this electric motorcycle to my Niece. She absolutely loved it and was super happy as it is pink in color. She's so excited she is riding this motorcycle everyday. It is easy to assemble, can play music on it while riding, comes in 3 speed options, looks exactly like a grownup scooter but more cute and also has headlight. it's stable, feels durable, age appropriate too.

This is a great ride on motorcycle. Its very fast. My daughter loves it. My only gripe with it is the back wheel came a little wobbly, the brakes were a pain to figure out how to tighten and the chain kind of grinds on the sides. I spoke with the company about it and they attempted to help by telling me things to do. None of which worked. Unfortunately the best they could do was offer me 11% refund back. Better than nothing but doesn't help that the chain still grinds and the brakes aren't the best. I would buy it again though in hopes that maybe ours was just a fluke.

This was the perfect holiday gift for my kids! I have 3 kids between ages 8-12 which is exactly the recommended age for this motorcycle. It was very simple to put together and the kids were so excited to use it! It is definitely made to last with great quality and performance. It has front lights, a horn, and built in music which makes it so realistic for the kids. My kids were so grateful for such a fun and exciting new gift!
