Wow, this little thing is amazing! Had to play around with the height adjusted a few times- which was not hard- until we found the right height for our little one. FYI she is almost 4 and 38” tall; there is plenty of room to adjust it higher as she grows, and also room if we had bought this when she was 2-1/2 feet tall. She has been in gymnastics for 4 months now and this little bar holds her well when doing tricks and just playing around. The mat is also sturdy and well made.     • Easily Moves up and down- to a fault
This secures with a twist on each side and a screw that tightens the bar. However, I find it difficult to tighten it tight enough where it doesn't loosen up a bit and then slip downwards. My daughter plays on it and loves it but I am worried she might get hurt from this. I would buy one with standard adjustable sizes (the ones where they have holes and a metal button that clicks would be a better construction for this and more secure) ... show more

Got this for daughter's 5th birthday. We went with this one since it also included a matt. Well we set it up and were hugely disappointed with the matt. So for others in case you looking to buy that that this is the actual size comparision with the bar set up.

Love this bar! A nice alternative to the more expensive bar at the gymnasium. It folds up to fit under our stairs. The mat fits nicely in between. Only complaint is the bottom of the mat isn't slip resistant but that can be remedied.

Although this equipment is fairly sturdy and has provided lots of fun for my daughter in the past few days, it was nearly a disaster when I opened the package on Christmas day and two of the bars were warped to the point that they could not be connected to the proper pieces. My husband saved the day and was able to get the bars bent back into their proper shape, but had he not been successful we would have been really disappointed by this "Santa" gift. I would recommend spending a bit more money and getting a better quality bar to avoid issues like this. ... show more
