The helmet's strap is really helpful. My son is just 3.5 so I just need to tighten it a bit and it fit well on him. The pads are definitely big for him so I will have to wait for another year then.

This set of safety gear seems pretty robust and at the same time comfortable. We ordered it for our kids who are learning to roller skate, and so who fall quite a bit on the pavement. An issue is that everything fits loosely on our petite 8.5 year old, and can only be tightened so much due to the limited length and placement of the velcro straps (in the case of the pads and wrist guards), and to the way the strap is designed on the helmet. So these will be gear for my kids to grow into. ... show more
