Easy to assemble. Perfect for what we were looking for. However, my son is 5 years old and it is just the perfect height (if not slightly too short). It gets the indoor play and practice he needs, but he will definitely outgrow it in a year or 2. Do not recommend for the older of younger kids (if that makes sense).
