As I sit here at 3 a.m., like so many parents do right before Christmas, trying to make the holiday magical for my child, I am completely heartbroken and frustrated. This car was supposed to be a major Christmas gift something I saved for and spent over $200 on and instead, I’m left with disappointment. Not only is the car missing one part, it’s missing three critical parts, making it impossible to put together at all. I followed the instructions carefully, checked the packaging multiple times, and there is simply no way to assemble this product as advertised. What hurts the most is knowing that tomorrow morning, my child will be expecting something special, and I’m stuck trying to figure out how to explain why it doesn’t work. No parent should have to deal with this kind of stress and letdown, especially during the holidays. This experience has completely ruined what should have been a joyful moment. I would never recommend this product, and if I could give a negative score, I absolutely would.

Arrived in good condition but does have to be assembled. Not a big deal but included instructions are not great. Video on You Tube is more precise. Seems to work fine but haven't had the grandkids on it yet for a true test. Also wondering where to get a extra/replacement battery
