I bought 2 of these for my older boys. I thought they both didn’t work out of the box. They were delivered just before 1am on the delivery date, for prompt delivery within estimated window. The support initially closed my first request but then sent me images of the items they had me check to troubleshoot the no-start/charge issue upon my 2nd request. Dora from support sent out 2 new receivers and as I went to install them I discovered the batteries were just disconnected for shipping. Once connected, they worked great and the 3yo and 5yo had a blast in the backyard. The ATVs go over our large tree roots easily. (Lots of bouncing to use vehicle shocks) The vehicles are too small for my almost 8yo but perfect for the 3 and 5yo. They are also set to slow speed reverse. The plastic material really attracts dust and dog hair but will be great to add some stickers. I must’ve missed the battery connecting as part of the instructions but otherwise fairly easy to put together. I have to jog a little to keep up but they seem just about the right max speed. I think they are great vehicles for the price-point. The kids love the start-up engine revving sound and the working lights!

I bought two of these for my 9 and 5 year old grandkids. After purchasing them I thought because my 9 year old is tall I would have a problem with it. How wrong I was. These are just right for both of them. These are very powerful but not too fast. They climb wet grass hills. They hold charge for a long time. I love when you turn them on the engine roars. The 5 year old goes crazy over playing music on the blue tooth. These are truly wonderful and fun. Very well built and shipping was super fast. Totally recommend them here’s a video to see how great they are

This is a great gift for my son's birthday. He just turned 5, and it fits his size and weight. It's easy to drive, and it looks durable. I like that it won't go too fast for prevention. I leave it charging the whole night. I absolutely recommend it since it's the second car I've bought from this seller.

I purchased this pink color 24V ATV for my kids, but I was surprised by its impressive power and durability! Not only does it handle my 5-year-old with ease, but I also tested it myself at 180 lbs, and it still performed beautifully. The build quality is excellent, and the 400W motor gives it enough power to handle various terrains. The two-speed settings are a great safety feature, allowing younger kids to ride safely at a lower speed while offering a bit of thrill for older ones. The LED lights and Bluetooth music feature are an added bonus that my kids absolutely love. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to the provided instructions and video. Overall, this ATV exceeded my expectations, and it’s well worth the price. Highly recommended for adventurous kids (and lightweight adults too)!

Beware of quality issues with this product. I ordered this as a birthday gift and the front axle assembly was made incorrectly. The mounting brackets were not centered causing the steering alignment to be offset. I didn't have time to work through Amazon and the manufacture for a new part, so I corrected the original myself by relocating the brackets to center the steering. Fortunately, I own a welder, so removing the brackets and rewelding was not difficult. See attached photos.

Bought this for my 4 year olds birthday. He received it on the 24th of May and loved it. This thing stopped moving forward and would only go in reverse on the 25th of May. Completely worthless. Update. Regardless of the initial issues, customer service was great and they sent out a replacement part. I replaced the parts which wasn’t hard and now the it works great. Great power and great brakes. My son loves it.
