I’m so disappointed in this kids Adirondack chair. They have really lost sight of any sense of good craftsmanship. The chair itself is well designed and simple to put together. That’s where the positives end. There are multiple cracks in the wood, the screws have all lost paint around the edges making them look unfinished and dirty. Paint drips everywhere. The wood is awful quality and full of dings and dents. It’s like they used leftover wood from other projects and just called it good. I can’t believe they charge nearly $100 for this. Obviously I had higher expectations but you should know going in that what you get is actual crap. Oh and the stickers that number each piece pull the paint right off when you remove them. I gave it one star because you can’t give zero stars. ... show more

I ordered 2 reduced price chairs based on the fact that the description said the packaging was damaged but the product was not. One chair was exactly as described. The packaging was terrible with a few dings in chair but I got what I paid for. When I was handed the 2nd box from delivery person, I could hear rattling inside. When I opened the box, the hardware was scattered amongst the wood chair pieces and some lodged into wood. OK. I'll just gather up the hardware, right? Not all hardware was there. There were so many dings in the chair wood and marks where hardware had been assembled, over-tightened, and removed. It had obviously been used - my first hint was the ketchup on the arm of chair-gross! A total disregard from Amazon to take the time to inspect the item before reselling. It's like ordering a steak at a restaurant. I could handle a chipped plate but not a bite taken out of it when delivered to my table. I've returned items to Amazon before, but mostly for lack of quality on stuff like "you get what you pay for" or an irregular item damaged during manufacturing. But this one is on Amazon. Hardly worth my time and effort to repackage, drive to UPS store to return and the gas to do it. ... show more

Product was poorly put together. Paint was running on sides of the chair as if over painted. One of the chairs came fully damaged as per picture. To be clear delivery box came intact.

Initially I liked the chair. After around 90 days I realized that the back portion of it has changed to a yellow color. Maybe it is just a bad batch of paint. Regardless, it looks horrible now.
