Received this RC and took it out and tried it with my grandson. This RC is in fact a great value for the money…which is why I only took off one star. Comes with battery…decent and what you’d expect from this price range. Remote is easy enough to figure out as long as the user is old enough and adept with hand coordination. I had a blast for a little while while “showing” him how to operate. This this is quick, and this is where is loses one star. We played with it for a bit and eventually it hit the side of the house…not hard…and the body of the car cracked and came loose from the frame. Not a fault of the actual unit…but if you’re careful and don’t lose the charger it can provide good fun! Btw, the other part of that lost star is the battery and charger. The charger and connector are not the best quality. If you’re not careful the plastic connector can snap and/or break. The charger IS the way you know the battery is charged…comes with a light that indicates if charge is complete. How can it improve? Put contacts in the battery compartment and lose the thin cable. Therefore, less likely to break, much easier to place the battery in the car and you can use any 18650 charger to charge the battery. I can’t see how that would increase the price but it would cause less battery issues. All in all, this car is a great valuw for the money, packaged well, and does work…is fast for this category of RC. Maybe not for the young young ones…but dads will want to play with this thing!

The media could not be loaded. This is such a fun and great car for kids. Love that the battery is rechargeable. Only had to buy batteries for the controller. Works really well. The lights are really good. My kids are having a blast racing around the house

Came with a screwdriver and usb charging cord. Controller takes 2-AA batteries. Opened the box and my kid was zooming it around in minutes. Great deal!
