Loved the taste - rich, bold, dark; however, the grounds molded on the counter in ~24 hours which indicates a significant mold presence (as an example - compared to bullet proof which can sit for days w/o molding and is mold tested). This mid priced coffee is really good! So much so that I have it on subscription. You can tell it’s more of a smaller company that does smaller batch roasting. I use it in my Delonghi Dinamica. It is subtle chocolate undertones. Great, dark roast flavor.
