Had to install it same day as I needed to use the car, everything works perfect. except the housing was smashed and some minor damage on the inside that didn't affect the performance. packaging was fine though so I think it was damaged before shipping, I understand that's more of an Amazon issue than a product issue though ... show more

It worked 5 days and it burned and I needed to buy another one urgently because I had a damaged car and away from home I gave it in exchange for 40 reais so you can buy a new one. I should be reimbursed not only for the product but also for the winch, time and inconvenience.
