I was looking for a new keyboard and could not decide which one to get so i ordered about 20 of them. I ordered every single IPad keyboard case I could possibly find planning to put them head to head to find which was the best in both price and performance. This keyboard won both. It has the second best keyboard of all the ones i tried and by far the best trackpad. It blew me away how this was able to outperform the Logitech slim folio for $100 and even the Logitech Combo touch for $150 literally 4 times the price of this amazing keyboard. I don’t know how that did it but this is simply the best performing keyboard out of every other one available on amazon while still being one of the cheapest. They did not make any cuts to durability or sturdiness even without the iPad this is still reasonably rigid and with and iPad installed it is rock solid. Bought it for my Ipad Pro 10.5, but ended up using for my work laptop. I hate the work laptop trackpad, so I decided to try this cover with keyboard and I am happy. I have been looking for an external keyboard with a trackpad for a long time now and this accidental pairing is a blessing in disguise. I like how easily I put my new iPad into the case and that it remains secure. Connecting the Bluetooth was simple……directs were spot on. The keyboard size takes a bit to get used to after always using a laptop but it works great. The touchpad moves the cursor more slowly than a laptop touchpad but it is still very functional. The case opens and closes easily and the stand works well to keep the iPad upright. It took me a minute to learn how to get use the keyboard, but once I start using it more and more the simpler it became to enjoy. I'm still learning how to use the shortcuts, and every now and than it will freeze up the screens of accessing my icons, no worries reset and your back in business. If that's the only concern life is good. Again, I'm still playing around and enjoying ease of the touch keys. It's a good sturdy case, and the only comment I have about the case is in between it's a little thinner and with time it may wear out. I would re-purchase the keyboard again, should that happens. I just got this in the mail today and I was really happy with the products. At first I was nervous because I thought it wouldn’t connect to my IPad, But it connected perfectly! It literally turned my IPad into a laptop. The product came in a very nice package, and within the package was the keyboard case itself, as well as instructions on how to connect the keyboard. The instructions were super easy to understand and include pictures for those who aren’t that great at using Bluetooth/ technology etc. I did have to update my IPad because I haven’t updated it to the most recent update, they only require that you have the software update 13.4 or higher. It even includes really convenient shortcuts like going back to the home page, popping up the search bar, and taking a screenshot, all with the shortcut keys. I’m actually really happy with this product. There are these 4 little icons at the bottom right corner that that indicate when the keyboard is ready to be paired, when caps lock is on, when the keyboard has low battery, and when the keyboard is charging. It does come with a charger of course for the keyboard, however it didn’t come with a USB port for it. But most IPads now come with the USB port where you can insert more than 1 cable. Overall, I really like this product, It’ll make it easier for me to do homework/ class work. I don’t know how long the battery lasts now, but I’ll post an update on that later. ... show more

It does the job. So far, no connectivity issues. Touch pad works fine and even acts as a left and right mouse button although I don't recall that being an advertised feature. Battery has not been a problem yet, but I am pretty diligent about charging it. The case holds the iPad securely and has a nice look to it. Have only had it for a couple of hours but so far I like it a lot and is similar in design and functionality as my old Logitech one that stopped working and was far more expensive than this. The keypad is a bit touchy but I found a way to adjust that in the keyboard settings and it made it less sensitive. The directions are translated (I assume) and are a bit confusing, particularly about the “puncturing the reset button with a needle if some keys don’t work” but all and all easy set up and it works well. I also didn’t realize that it has to be charged, but for this price I think it’s all worth it. ... show more

I purchased this product shortly after getting a new iPad and am very happy with it. The case is sturdy and protects the iPad very well. The keyboard and the track pad work just as well as with my MacBook Air. I highly recommend the product. One minor issue- the power switch button can be hard to see depending on lighting conditions; so, if you buy this product, make sure you take it into a natural light setting to locate power button.
