I am getting hang of the small keyboard and had no problem with blue tooth connecting. The mouse needs a shake once in a while to keep working so who knows how long it will last. I really like the look of the case and I think it will meet my needs for travel. The company could do a lot better if they included decent directions. They focus on connecting to blue tooth but nothing about the keyboard itself. The instructions need a magnifying glass to read and they don't seem to match the keyboard I got. I posted a question regarding when to use FN/Control/Command so that will help if someone answers. Right now, nothing happens when I use FN. They need to find a good communications person to write clear, readable directions. Amazon Tech is having the same problem I am reaching the company so who knows if I will figure it out on my own, but it's unnecessary frustration. ... show more

As you can see in the picture of the keyboard I received, it looks nothing like what is picture. The Enter key is on the bottom row. The Apostrophe and Double Apostrophe keys are on the ‘O’ and ‘P’ and you need to hit the Fn button to get them. Forward/backslash are also on the wrong row along with the question mark. If you have any typing skills with an ANSI keyboard, you will find this impossible to use. Also, the carrying case is very bulky and poorly designed.
