I purchased this Keurig Coffeemaker for our travel trailer. We have an original large Keurig in our kitchen that has lasted at least 9 years now. When we took this one out of the box, I decided that this one should be in our kitchen. The design is straight forward and I like the more narrow body of this machine. Instead of a side water chamber, the water chamber is in the back. A little higher in stature than our original but takes up less width on the counter. Easy to use window for each cup. Recommend. It is cute and makes an ok cup of coffee but the power button did not work most of the time for me. I had to unplug and replug it several times before it would work. ****Update**** 8/23/19 Original score was 3 stars. If I could give it zero stars I would. Only used it no more than 10 times and it completely broke down on me. The screen does not work at all. I would like my money back. ... show more

Got this for work, so far so good, brewing about 6-10 mugs a day. I just wish that the one guy would fill the reservoir, that dude is lazy, what is his deal, why do I have to fill it every time. I mean sometimes I want to be able to just get my coffee and go, but no, I have to stop and fill the reservoir first to brew my coffee. Then he comes along and just hits the button and does his leaving it empty for the rest of us. So if you could recommend any type of class I can send him to, maybe a manners class or something, I would appreciate that. ... show more

Nice looking on our counter. Heats up quickly and produces a good cup of coffee. The water tank is not very large but not huge problem for us. I am hoping Keurig comes out with a recycle cup but until then, we are using a Recycle a Cup" cutter to separate the parts to recycle.

Although we feel like we're enlarging our ecological footprint with the Keurig pods, we just can't get by without the convenience of fixing a nice hot cup of coffee that doesn't sit in a pot. We love our Keurig and purchased a "mini Keurig" for road trips.
