Perfect for any bent, broken, or ill-fitting top rail pieces, this sleeve is galvanized for superior corrosion resistance and is able to extend your rail pieces up to 3 inches. Details To extend the length of your top rail without the use of 'swedged end' pipe, the sleeve can be fitted on the end of a piece of top rail to connect to another piece of top rail tubing. Specifications Fits 1-3/8" OD tubing, .4lbs Instructions Slip one end of the sleeve over the end of one piece of top rail, and connect the next piece in the other end.
